1. Prices

On our website, prices are indicated per person and in euros. These prices are provided for information purposes only. They correspond to a base price and may vary depending on the season, the number of participants, exchange rates, availability, and other factors beyond our control.
The prices to be taken into account are those stated on your quotation, which are valid for a limited period of time.

2. Quotation Request

Any quotation request must be made by email via our website, under the CONTACT section.
Please be as precise as possible when submitting your request and do not hesitate to provide as many details as you can. Every piece of information helps us design a trip that matches your expectations.
Details such as international flight schedules, preferred accommodation type, and on-site services (transfers, guides, etc.) are extremely helpful.
All information is welcome to help us create a tailor-made journey that reflects your wishes.

3. Confirmation of Your Trip to Morocco

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reserved services is required.
35 days before your arrival date, the balance payment becomes due.
For any booking made less than 35 days before departure, the reservation will only be confirmed upon full payment of the services booked.

To simplify your procedures and avoid any surprises, we offer the possibility to pay online through a secure payment system.
Our partner PayPal, an online payment platform, ensures secure transactions.
PayPal acts as a secure intermediary, withdrawing funds from your bank account or credit card without ever disclosing your financial information.
Once payment is completed, an invoice is automatically sent by email.

If you need to cancel your trip to Morocco, the following cancellation conditions apply:

More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total price (incl. taxes)

From 60 to 31 days before departure: 40% of the total price (incl. taxes)

From 30 to 14 days before departure: 45% of the total price (incl. taxes)

From 13 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total price (incl. taxes)

Less than 7 days before departure: 60% of the total price (incl. taxes)

5. International Flights

As a local travel agency, our operating conditions do not allow us to book international flights for our clients.
This process is therefore entirely your responsibility.
As such, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations of your international flights, and no compensation or claims may be made against our agency.
However, we remain available to assist and advise you regarding any questions related to flights or airlines.

6. Trip Modifications

If you wish to make changes to your trip after confirming your quotation via online payment, please note that the agency reserves the right to charge administrative fees related to the implementation of these changes.
These administrative fees are separate from any price difference resulting from the modification of services.

7. Liability

In the event of illness, accident, death, or itinerary changes due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond its control, Nomadic Explore cannot be held liable.
Any additional costs related to flight delays or cancellations remain at your expense.

8. Insurance

Our prices do not include medical insurance or repatriation coverage.
All our vehicles are insured through professional insurance providers.

9. Complaints

Any complaint regarding your trip to Morocco must be submitted to us by email.
